ChamberSkills: Providing Feedback

Our Aims

An excellent manager gives regular and specific feedback to their team members.  They also provide many opportunities for feedback to come back to them.

Objectives

At the end of the training session delegates will have:

  • Listed the opportunities for feedback;
  • Demonstrated good feedback skills;
  • Discussed why feedback can be difficult;
  • Made a plan to respond to feedback with transparency; and,
  • Listed ways to improve feedback between team members.
