What words would you use to describe you professionally?
Inclusive, encouraging, open in dialogue, considerate yet challenging, caring, empathetic whilst keen to see progress.
What are your professional goals?
To continue to learn and develop my facilitation skills, and also to do more speaking events, enabling me to reach even more people.
What is your greatest professional achievement?
Working on strategic leadership issues and life coaching a senior leader of 40,000 people and assisting them through their challenges.
What is your favourite professional book, publication or article and why?
‘Synchronicity – the Inner Path of Leadership’ by Joseph Jaworski, because it really causes one to remember that when one is committed the universe seems to conspire to assist. As Goethe says “… the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too…”
