ChamberSkills: Time Management and Getting Organised
Our Aims
Being organised can increase productivity by up to 40 percent. This is time management reduced to the minimum. We will discuss why other time management systems haven’t worked and show you how overcome your ongoing blockages to time management.
Objectives
At the end of the training session delegates will have:
- Outlined the value of improved organisation;
- Demonstrated organising skills;
- Practiced exercises to explore your relationship with time; and
- Used a tool for removing the barriers to being organised.
