Experience & Background

Since 1994, Wendy has supported teams, executives and organisations to achieve and excel in their aims through delivering bespoke development solutions which capitalise on and values people potential.  She works particularly in the areas of leadership and management, personal effectiveness and professional selling.

Prior to this she gained her strong commercial acumen and results oriented approach working for 6 years in senior sales management roles in the pharmaceutical and IT arenas.

Wendy provides Corporate & Executive 1-1 coaching and group facilitation (strategic away days) to CEOS, MD’s, Director’s, Heads of and Managers in blue chips, SME’s or government. She also trains executives to be more effective leaders and coaches and supports organisations in creating empowering coaching cultures.

Wendy’s powerful belief in people makes her an effective coach. She uses a range of leadership tools and creative coaching methodologies in order to help teams / individuals identify and then take the necessary steps to achieve their vision, values and objectives.  People have described this approach as ‘a real eye opener’ which allows them to - tap into their motivation and energy, challenge their beliefs and behaviour, step out of their comfort zones and achieve beyond their expectations. 

Wendy was selected to be an Assessor for, is a Member of and is accredited by the professional body the Association for Coaching (AC) and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

She also holds a BA Hons in Politics & International Relations, is an NLP Practitioner and holds a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.   She is qualified in the use of Myers Briggs MBTI and Facet 5 psychometric tools.

Additionally to her professional work, Wendy is passionate about the success of young people and works on a voluntary basis with the charity Youth at Risk coaching 15-year-old boys who are on the verge of expulsion and are underachieving; facilitating school enterprise projects and being a leadership mentor for University students.

To be involved in work that is meaningful and makes a difference.  To be in touch with people at all levels.

Having some success helping individuals on the youth at risk programme to change their path.
