How to Get Your Standard Team Leader Profile

Multiple Profiles for Training Courses or Groups

To get multiple Standard Team Leader Profiles, for use on a Training Course or for a Work Group, simply download the Standard Questionnaire (Requirements: MS Excel 2003 or better). Make arrangements with us for submission and processing of your questionnaire and the return date for your profiles (click here for details). Distribute the Questionnaire to your course delegates or work group and ask them to open the spreadsheet and follow the instructions.

Cost £17.00 (ex VAT) (£1 supplement for hard copy)

Discounts are available for large orders and on-going accounts: 5% for 50+ profiles in one month; 10% for 100+ profiles; 15% for 200+ profiles.

Individual Profile

To get an individual Standard Team Leader Profile simply download the Standard Questionnaire (Requirements: MS Excel 2003 or better). Open the spreadsheet and complete the questionnaire by following the instructions. Submit the questionnaire to us by e-mail (details are given in the spreadsheet).

We will then acknowledge receipt of your completed questionnaire and request payment. Once payment is received we will forward your Report and Profile to you by e-mail or post as requested
